Handcrafted chocolatier Jody McLeod in Sydney is offering handmade chocolate chocolados to customers in Sydney.
The chocolate is made from organic ingredients sourced from organic farmers in Sydney’s east-west region.
“It’s a really interesting way of going to market because it’s organic and local,” Ms McLeod told The Weekend Australian.
“People are really curious about what it is, what they are going to get, and they don’t necessarily know what it’s made of, which is really interesting.”
The thing I really like about the way they make it is that you know exactly what you are getting when you go to the shop, it’s just a beautiful chocolate-coloured container that you’re able to put it in and enjoy it, so it’s very personal to the person.
“Mr McLeod said the handmade chocolate was made in a very natural way.”
There’s nothing artificial or artificial in the process,” he said.”
They’re all handmade and organic, so they are a lot more natural and organic than most of the chocolating chocolate out there.
“The Chocolate Café in Sydney has an extensive range of chocolate products, and is the only one in Australia with organic ingredients.
