Make your own cashew cream.
Add a tablespoon of butter and whisk until it starts to bubble.
Add vanilla extract and whisk for a few seconds.
Add cocoa powder, cocoa butter, sugar, and salt.
Add your flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda and mix until the dough is elastic.
Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces.
Cut each piece into 8 pieces, leaving about 1/4 inch between the pieces.
Roll the dough in the oiled parchment paper and flatten each piece.
Using a rolling pin, roll the dough out to about 1-1/2 inches.
Using your hands, cut the dough and arrange it in the parchment paper.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until the tops are golden and browned.

Here’s what you’ll need to make homemade chocolate.
Cashew cream cashew creamer, which is made by blending a little coconut milk with a little sugar.
2-3 tablespoons of butter 2 cups of flour, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder 1 cup of sugar 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (or you can use vanilla extract powder, which you can buy at your local health food store) 1 tablespoon of flour (for dough) 1/2 teaspoon of salt 2 teaspoons of baking powder 1/8 teaspoon of baking soda 1/3 teaspoon of peppermint extract 1/16 teaspoon of sea salt 1/32 teaspoon of cinnamon 1/6 teaspoon of cloves, minced 1/12 teaspoon of ground nutmeg 1/5 teaspoon of ginger 1/10 teaspoon of allspice 1/1 teaspoon of rosemary 1/0.5 teaspoon garlic powder (optional) Instructions Make your Cashew Cream Cashew cream, which we prefer to make our own, is made from a mixture of cashews, coconut milk, and sugar.
We use this recipe to make chocolate milk, which will make a great homemade chocolatier.
3-4 tablespoons of coconut milk (to add more sweetness) 2 tablespoons water 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, or to taste (optional).
Blend all ingredients together until it’s smooth.
Pour into a microwave safe container.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
