How to make your own chocolate chip cookies, but without the chocolate chips!
Here’s the best part, these cookies are so easy to make, you can have them on the table in a minute!
The only thing you need is a couple of ingredients, which you’ll see in this recipe!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe Ingredients: 2 cups of all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon of baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon of salt 2 eggs 1/2 cup of milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/3 cup of cocoa powder 2 teaspoons of baking soda 1/8 teaspoon of peppermint extract Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract.
Add the eggs, milk, and cocoa powder to the dry ingredients.
Mix well until combined.
Fold in the vanilla and flour mixture.
Press dough into a rectangle of parchment paper.
Press into a baking dish (you may need to make 2 rounds) and bake for 15 minutes.
Let cool completely before using.
Chocolate Chip Pops Recipe Ingredients 2 tablespoons butter, melted 1/16 cup of powdered sugar 1/6 cup of dark chocolate chips, chopped 1 cup of chocolate chips for sprinkling on top Chocolate Chip Fudge recipe: 3 tablespoons chocolate chips 3 tablespoons dark chocolate 2 tablespoons peanut butter 2 tablespoons water 1 teaspoon butter 1/1 teaspoon vanilla Instructions: Heat butter in a small saucepan over medium-high heat.
When the butter is hot, add powdered sugar and stir to dissolve.
Whisk in chocolate chips and chocolate chips until blended.
Melt the peanut butter in the same saucepan until smooth.
Stir in the water.
Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to medium-low.
Add chocolate chips.
Add peanut butter mixture to the mixture.
Stir until blended well.
Stir the remaining ingredients until combined and smooth.
Chill the mixture in the refrigerator.
Chocolate Chips Fudge Recipe: Whisk the chocolate and peanut butter together in a blender.
Blend until smooth until completely smooth.
Spread chocolate chips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from the oven, and let cool completely.
Chocolate Pops Fudge Mix: Melt the chocolate in a saucepan, then whisk in the powdered sugar, chocolate chips (if using), and vanilla.
Pour over the fudge.
Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
Notes: I used a 9-inch pie pan for this recipe, but you can make it in any size.
The fudge mixture will fit perfectly in the pie dish, but it will not adhere to the pan.
For a smaller pie, you could also try using a glass pie pan.
