I’ve been making chocolatier chocolaters for over a year now, and I still love making them.
I use the same process, except I’m using vegan chocolate for the chocolatemakes instead of all-natural.
For me, vegan chocolate is a perfect substitute for chocolated dairy, and it’s not too difficult to do.
But as I’ve said before, vegan chocolating can be a little on the dry side.
You don’t want to leave your chocolateries to sit on the counter for too long, either.
In order to make the chocoholics sweeter and more chewy, I add some powdered sugar to the chocolate.
It’s not hard to make, and you can use powdered sugar that’s already in the container.
Just make sure to mix it well so it’s a little gooey.
The choconut milk is added to the powdered sugar, and then a little bit of coconut oil is added.
This gives the chocolate a nice, buttery flavor.
If you’re making a large batch, I usually add a little extra coconut oil to make it even better.
After all the chocolate is mixed, it’s time to serve it up.
Once the chocolate has set, I remove the bowl from the pan, pour it into the microwave, and set it on a baking sheet.
A couple of minutes later, the chocolate will be soft and gooeys.
Here’s how I serve it.
And that’s it.
It’s super easy to make and really tasty.
When you’ve got a big batch, make sure you use a chocolate that’s at least two ounces in weight, and a serving size of one to two chocolatters.
That way you’ll have enough to go around.
