The White House is eyeing a plan to make and sell a $250 million factory for an organic chocolate company that employs about 2,000 people in the Bay Area, according to Recode.
The plan is to start manufacturing the eggs in 2019, and eventually to expand production to make it to 10,000 eggs per year, the publication reported Wednesday.
The Trump administration did not respond to a request for comment on the report.
The factory is slated to be built in San Jose, according the Los Angeles Times.
More to come.
